Cancel anytime. A $60 fee applies to any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and the full price applies if you cancel the same day.

Yes — mop, vacuum and surface-safe cleaning products are included with every visit. If you don't have a mop, bucket or vacuum at home, our cleaner brings their own.
Yes — our team is trained to use products that are safe across surfaces, including stainless steel, tile, glass and wood.
Yes, the basic flat rate of it is $90. In some cases, the price depends on how big or small of room is.
Register your home as a studio and add a note under special instructions that you only want common areas cleaned — you'll be charged a reduced rate.
Our estimates usually allow plenty of time, but if you know your home needs more, add extra time manually with a short note in the instructions — or simply book a second visit if the first wasn't quite enough. If your home isn't in the condition described when you booked, an extra charge may apply.
